We built a double chamber vaporizer for a historic British company.

The British customer represents a company with a long tradition in the production of wooden furniture with a truly unique style.

The model purchased has a double chamber, with a length of 3.5 m for each treatment cylinder.

Some types of wood are ideal for bending: white and red oak, elm, ash and beech. Coniferous wood, on the other hand, is not suitable.

It is made of stainless steel and equipped with a control panel that automatically controls the steaming of the wood.

Spraying with overpressure allows the wood to be plasticised even in depth.

For a successful bending result, a few important recommendations must be followed, such as using wood that has not been kiln-dried, but rather air-dried, with an ideal humidity between 20% and 30%.
