In order to meet the different needs of users we have developed 2 types of systems: impregnators".vacuum-pressure” (APV model) and impregnators "by immersion” (model DT).

The choice of the most suitable impregnation system is made according to the degree of protection for the wooden structures to be obtained.

Table of classes of use according to the European standard UNI EN 335-1.

Class of use Environment Risk
1 Situation where the wood is inside, indoors. Wood humidity below 20%. There is no risk of fungal attack; risk of insect attack.
2 Situation where the wood is indoors, indoors, but where high ambient humidity can cause occasional but not persistent humidification. Occasionally higher than 20% wood humidity. Moderate risk of fungal attack; risk of attack by insects and termites.
3.1 Situation where the wood is outside, above ground, protected. Wood humidity occasionally higher than 20%. . Risk of fungal attack; risk of insect attack.
3.2 Situation where the wood is outside, above ground, unprotected. Wood humidity frequently above 20%. Risk of fungal attack; risk of insect attack.
4 Situation in which the wood is in contact with the ground and/or fresh water. Wood humidity permanently higher than 20%. Risk of fungal attack; risk of insect attack.
5 Situation in which the wood is permanently exposed to salt water. Wood humidity permanently higher than 20%. Risk of attack by marine organisms; risk of attack by fungi; risk of attack by insects.
