Our customer is an important manufacturer of wooden pallets, who has chosen our dipping tanks for the treatment of his semi-finished products.

An automatic system

Our dipping tanks are designed with the aim of producing a low-maintenance machine, and built with a robust structure that gives reliability over time.

The system supplied to the customer is equipped with a pack inclination system, which facilitates the dripping of the wood, once impregnated.

A frame positioned above the pile, and operated by hydraulic cylinders, prevents the wood pile from floating during the immersion phase.

All movements are automated and controlled by sensors.
