The dryer is made entirely of stainless steel, so that acid wood with a high tannin content can be dried without problems.
The model purchased is an ESP 2.1/6: diameter 2100 mm, usable length 6000 mm.
The plates use water for heating, as the customer has its own biomass heating plant.
The dryer was also equipped with an electric boiler that automatically intervenes if the customer's boiler does not provide the necessary calories during the treatment cycle.
